Alan holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from UBC. He spent 11 years working in the semiconductor industry across North America, Asia and Europe, in hardware engineering, strategic marketing and contract negotiation.
He brings that technical precision, plus marketing and negotiation skill, to every sale and purchase. Time living and working across cultures also means he serves clients from many backgrounds with care.
He is also a global real estate investor with properties in Asia, Europe and North America, has strata council experience in both commercial and residential buildings, and built his own single-family home in 2023.
